The Agricultural Development Fund Law is a comprehensive legal framework regulating the work of the Agricultural Development Fund in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, issued by Royal Decree No. (M/30) dated 20/2/1445 AH. The Fund has an independent financial and legal personality and is organizationally linked to the National Development Fund. It aims to support sustainable agricultural development and food security by providing concessional loans and credit facilities for agricultural production, livestock breeding, fish farming, and encouraging modern technologies to rationalize water use.
